Engineering Program Coordinator

As an Engineering Program Coordinator, you will support planning, documentation, and communication across engineering programs at TurboVets. You will help coordinate schedules, track progress, maintain clarity between teams, and ensure program activities stay organized and accountable. Your work will contribute to predictable execution and structured operations within the engineering organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support documentation, scheduling, and coordination for engineering programs
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and cross functional dependencies
  • Assist in preparing program status updates and communication materials
  • Maintain clarity between Engineering, Product, and Operations stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps and help improve workflow organization
  • Support issue tracking, follow ups, and operational housekeeping activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 plus years of experience in program coordination, technical administration, or operations support
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support cross team coordination
  • Familiarity with engineering or technical environments is a plus
