RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and run growth experiments across digital channels
- Manage campaigns, content, and analytics to drive top of funnel activity
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on acquisition and engagement strategy
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics
- Optimize campaigns through data insights, iteration, and testing
- Support content, messaging, and brand initiatives as part of broader marketing efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 plus years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance analytics
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with growth experimentation frameworks
- Experience running digital campaigns and working with data driven tools
- Ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements
- Bonus experience in SaaS growth, healthcare, or operationally complex industries
