Implementation Specialist

About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist, you will guide veterinary clinics through successful onboarding and adoption of the TurboVets platform. You will ensure customers are set up accurately, trained thoroughly, and supported through rollout so they can begin operating with speed and confidence. Your work strengthens customer experience, reduces friction, and enables smooth transitions into the TurboVets ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead onboarding and configuration for new customers adopting the TurboVets platform

  • Train clinic staff and internal teams on system functionality and best practices

  • Support implementation plans, rollout readiness, and early stage troubleshooting

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs

  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and onboarding workflows

  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 plus years of experience in software onboarding, implementation, or customer facing roles

  • Strong communication and training skills across technical and non technical users

  • Experience managing rollout workflows, configuration, or customer setup

  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously

  • Bonus experience with healthcare, operations, or workflow driven software
