RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead onboarding and configuration for new customers adopting the TurboVets platform
- Train clinic staff and internal teams on system functionality and best practices
- Support implementation plans, rollout readiness, and early stage troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain documentation, training materials, and onboarding workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 plus years of experience in software onboarding, implementation, or customer facing roles
- Strong communication and training skills across technical and non technical users
- Experience managing rollout workflows, configuration, or customer setup
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously
- Bonus experience with healthcare, operations, or workflow driven software
