RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own the product roadmap for key areas of the TurboVets platform
- Translate concepts into clear product specs and actionable deliverables
- Lead discovery through user research, interviews, and workflow observation
- Establish success metrics and drive accountability across teams
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success on seamless launches and adoption
- Balance short-term execution with long-term, scalable product vision
- Stay close to users by observing real workflows and identifying friction and opportunity
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of product management or relevant SaaS experience
- Proven ability to move from problem to validated solution to shipped product
- Strong communication skills across technical, operational, and business audiences
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision making
- Experience operating in fast-paced, lean environments
