Product Manager

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will own critical areas of the TurboVets platform and translate real clinic workflows into intuitive, high impact software. You will define what we build, why it matters, and ensure features ship quickly and with quality. You will partner with engineering, design, operations, and customer success to drive product clarity, execution, and measurable outcomes that support veterinary teams across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and own the product roadmap for key areas of the TurboVets platform

  • Translate concepts into clear product specs and actionable deliverables

  • Lead discovery through user research, interviews, and workflow observation

  • Establish success metrics and drive accountability across teams

  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success on seamless launches and adoption

  • Balance short term execution with long term, scalable product vision

  • Stay close to users by spending time in clinics and identifying friction and opportunity

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 plus years of product management or relevant SaaS experience

  • Proven ability to move from problem to validated solution to shipped product

  • Strong communication skills across technical, clinical, and business audiences

  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data driven decision making

  • Experience operating in fast paced, lean environments
