Training & Enablement Manager

About the Role

As a Training & Enablement Manager, you will design, deliver, and maintain training programs that help veterinary teams and internal staff get the most out of the TurboVets platform. You will create clear, effective learning materials, lead training sessions, and support continuous education initiatives that enable users to operate with confidence and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop training curriculum, documentation, and enablement resources for end users and internal teams

  • Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and ongoing educational programs

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Operations to identify learning needs

  • Maintain a consistent, high quality library of training content

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and improve materials based on user feedback

  • Support rollout readiness and ensure users understand new product features

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 plus years of experience in training, enablement, education, or instructional design

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Ability to translate workflows and product features into clear educational material

  • Experience building curriculum, documentation, or structured learning programs

  • Bonus experience in healthcare, veterinary operations, or SaaS onboarding environments
