RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze workforce capacity, staffing needs, and operational trends
- Support planning, forecasting, and resource allocation across teams
- Develop reports, dashboards, and structured insights for leadership
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and cross functional teams on workflow improvements
- Maintain documentation and organizational standards that support operational clarity
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to strengthen operational performance
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 plus years of experience in operations analysis, workforce planning, or business analytics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools or reporting platforms
- Ability to translate operational data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience collaborating across teams in fast moving environments
- Bonus experience in workforce modeling or structured operational frameworks
