About the Role

As a Workforce Operations Analyst, you will support operational planning, staffing analysis, and organizational efficiency across TurboVets. You will analyze capacity, workload patterns, and performance data to help leadership make informed decisions that improve operational readiness and team effectiveness. Your work will contribute to maintaining a disciplined, data driven operational environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze workforce capacity, staffing needs, and operational trends

  • Support planning, forecasting, and resource allocation across teams

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and structured insights for leadership

  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and cross functional teams on workflow improvements

  • Maintain documentation and organizational standards that support operational clarity

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to strengthen operational performance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 plus years of experience in operations analysis, workforce planning, or business analytics

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools or reporting platforms

  • Ability to translate operational data into clear, actionable insights

  • Experience collaborating across teams in fast moving environments

  • Bonus experience in workforce modeling or structured operational frameworks
