As a Forensic Engineer, you will be instrumental in investigating security incidents and breaches, gathering digital evidence, and conducting root cause analysis. You’ll work closely with incident response teams to understand the scope of security events and ensure the platform’s security remains resilient. This role is ideal for a meticulous professional with expertise in digital forensics.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct forensic investigations to gather and analyze digital evidence.
- Perform root cause analysis to understand security incidents and breaches.
- Document findings and collaborate with response teams on remediation.
- Stay informed on digital forensics methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital forensics or incident response.
- Proficiency in forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, FTK) and evidence handling.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
