About the Role:

As a Front-End Developer, you will be the artist behind TurboVets’ user interfaces, creating visually stunning and user-friendly applications. Your work will be seen and appreciated by thousands of users, and your focus on design, performance, and user experience will set TurboVets apart. You’ll work closely with designers and product teams to deliver exceptional interfaces that support our mission to serve veterans.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional, engaging, and interactive front-end applications.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the back-end developers to integrate APIs and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS and responsive design principles.
