As a Product Manager (Engineering), you’ll play a critical role in translating customer needs into product features. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to define priorities, develop feature roadmaps, and ensure alignment with TurboVets’ mission. This position is perfect for someone who can think strategically and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define product requirements and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and manage roadmaps.
- Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs and expectations.
- Monitor product performance and collaborate on continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management within a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
