As the Technical Lead/Team Lead, you will drive TurboVets’ engineering team to achieve development milestones with quality and precision. You’ll lead a talented group of engineers, providing mentorship, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and highly organized, with a natural ability to inspire and guide others.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver features and improvements on schedule.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and requirements.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in software development and team management.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
