About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure that veteran clients have a positive experience with TurboVets from onboarding through their ongoing journey with our platform. You’ll provide support, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty. This role is ideal for someone empathetic, solution-focused, and passionate about creating a supportive client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start with TurboVets.
  • Provide ongoing support, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client feedback and work to continuously improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
