Disease, injury, or scar tissue affecting the ovaries that may cause pain or hormonal changes.
The key question at every rating level is whether your symptoms exist and whether treatment is needed to control them. For a 30% rating, medical records showing that symptoms persist despite ongoing treatment are central. This could include physician notes documenting that medications, procedures, or other continuous therapies have not brought your symptoms under control, along with records of repeated or escalating treatment attempts.
For a 10% rating, records showing that continuous treatment — such as ongoing medication, hormone therapy, or regular medical management — is required to keep your symptoms in check would support this level. For a 0% rating, records indicating that symptoms are present but do not require any continuous treatment would reflect that level. Statements from you describing how symptoms such as pelvic pain, menstrual irregularities, or other effects affect your daily activities and work can also help show the severity and persistence of your condition across all levels.
