TURBOVETS may collect personal information in different ways—online, on paper, by email, fax, or during support interactions. We may collect billing details only where necessary for paid services offered to business, institutional, or professional users. Veterans are not charged for use of TurboVets for their own benefits, access and support.
We only use billing details to process payments for authorized business, institutional, or professional services. TurboVets does not charge veterans for their personal use of the platform. We may use your contact information to provide service-related communications and updates. We do not use veteran personal information for third-party marketing or data monetization purposes. We will never sell your information, including veteran personal information or veteran data, under any circumstances. We do not monetize veteran data in any form.
If you apply for or sign up for services, we may ask for financial details, like your credit card number and billing address. We will not sell your information under any circumstances. We will not share veteran personal information except only as strictly necessary to process authorized transactions, operate, secure, or maintain the platform, or comply with applicable law.
We may use your IP address and session ID to fix technical problems, customize your experience, and manage the Site.
We try to keep your information accurate and secure. We use strong security measures and monitor our systems regularly. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of data sent to or stored on our systems.
You can contact us by phone or mail to access or correct your personal information. To protect your privacy, we may verify your identity before making changes.
We may use de-identified and aggregated information to evaluate and improve our services. We do not use identifiable veteran data for analytics beyond what is necessary to provide and maintain the platform. We will only disclose personal information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process. TurboVets does not otherwise share or disclose veteran data to third parties.
We may send you service-related communications and updates. We do not sell or provide your contact information to third parties for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of those emails. However, we will still send important emails about your account or service interruptions.
TurboVets does not sell or broadly share veteran data. We may provide limited access to personal information only to vetted service providers acting solely on our behalf to host, secure, or maintain the platform, and only under strict confidentiality, data protection, and no-use restrictions. Where necessary for authorized transactions, we may use third-party payment processors solely to process payments. These providers are contractually prohibited from using or retaining data for any purpose other than completing the transaction. We may share anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify any individual. This data does not include and cannot be used to reconstruct veteran personal information. If TurboVets undergoes a corporate transaction, any transferred data will remain subject to the same strict privacy protections, including that veteran data will not be sold or used for any purpose other than continuing the services provided to users. If we make major changes to how we use your data, we’ll notify you on the Site or by email.
Workflow data is collected and used only in aggregated, de-identified form to improve platform performance. No identifiable veteran data is shared, reused, or exposed to other users.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and the Site is not designed for children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Statement, but we will not reduce protections for veteran data, including our commitment not to sell or improperly share veteran personal information. If we make major changes, we’ll post a notice on our Site. We will not use your current information in a new way without giving you a chance to opt out.

TURBOVETS does not allow third parties to use or share any user information— including de-identified, anonymized, or pseudonymized data—for any purpose unless the user has given active, informed consent.
