The Alabama National Guard pays $1,000 when a lead you give a recruiter results in an enlistment. You can be paid for up to 10 recruits per fiscal year. You are expected to guide and encourage your referral all the way to enlistment.

Eligibility

You are a current Alabama National Guard service member in pay grade O4 or below, or a retired Alabama National Guard service member of any pay grade
