Proof you received the Purple Heart, proof you were an Alabama resident when it was awarded, and proof you are an Alabama resident now.

Eligibility

You are an Alabama resident
You were an Alabama resident when you were awarded the Purple Heart
You are enrolled full time, part time or in summer school in an undergraduate degree or certificate program
You have used all other education benefits, except benefits you partly funded yourself such as the Montgomery GI Bill or Post-9/11 GI Bill
