If you are an Alaska National Guard member serving on state active duty and you are injured, become ill, become disabled or die in the line of duty, you and your family are covered for benefits and compensation under the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act.

Your state active duty orders, a line of duty determination, and your medical records for the injury or illness, or the death certificate.

  • You are an Alaska National Guard service member
  • You were injured, became ill, became disabled or died in the line of duty while serving on state active duty
