If you are an unemployed post-9/11 era veteran, the Gold Card initiative gives you enhanced help at Arizona American Job Centers: a job readiness assessment including interviews and testing, an individual development plan, career guidance in a group or one-on-one, labor market, occupational and skills transferability information, job referrals, referral to apprenticeship and training programs, and monthly follow-up from a case manager for up to six months.
