If you are an Arizona resident on active duty and stationed outside Arizona, you can renew your vehicle registration online or by mail instead of in person. If you are out of state when your registration comes due, you can also apply online for an emissions test exemption.
Renew online at the MVD vehicle registration renewal page, or mail your renewal with a check or money order to Arizona Motor Vehicle Division, PO Box 29008, Phoenix, AZ 85038. Apply for the emissions exemption separately online.
Your registration renewal notice, and your orders showing you are stationed outside Arizona if you are also claiming the emissions exemption.
