Arizona Veterans Court

Arizona courts, with the Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services and the VA
Supervised treatment plan in place of standard criminal case processing

If you are a veteran facing criminal charges, Arizona Veterans Court can handle your case through a team that includes the prosecutor, defense counsel, judge, the VA, ADVS and community support organizations. The court builds and supervises a treatment plan aimed at the underlying causes rather than punishment alone, commonly post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, anger issues, domestic violence, alcohol abuse and drug abuse.
