Arkansas Income Tax Deferral for Service Members

Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration
180-day payment deferral with no interest or penalty

Under the Arkansas Service Members Civil Relief Act you can put off paying Arkansas income tax for 180 days if your military service makes you unable to pay. No interest or penalty builds up during the deferral, and the clock the state has to collect your deferred tax stops for the whole time you are in military service plus another 270 days.
