What you'll need

Your state active duty orders, a line of duty determination, and your medical records for the injury or illness. Survivors also need the death certificate and proof of relationship.

Eligibility

  • You are an Arkansas National Guard service member, or the survivor of one
  • You were ordered to state active duty
  • You were injured, became ill or disabled, or died in the line of duty during that state active duty
