What you'll need

One of these: your DD214 Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty, NGB 22 Report of Separation, VA-issued Veterans ID card, DD256 or DD257 Discharge Certificate, or DD2 retired veteran ID card.

Eligibility

You are an Arkansas resident
You received an honorable discharge from service in the U.S. Armed Forces
