Official documentation of your eligibility: your VA rating documentation showing a 100 percent service-connected disability that significantly impairs mobility, your prisoner of war documentation, or your Medal of Honor documentation.

You are a veteran with a 100 percent service-connected disability that significantly impairs your mobility, a former prisoner of war, or a Medal of Honor recipient
The vehicle is one passenger vehicle, motorcycle or commercial vehicle weighing less than 8,001 pounds
