Temporary furnished family housing with supportive services

Patriots Landing gives veterans, their spouses and their children a temporary, safe place to live when they are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. It has five fully furnished single-family homes, each with three bedrooms and bedding, furniture throughout, a washer and dryer and a full kitchen with supplies, plus supportive services to help you reach your goals.

What you'll need

Your DD214 showing an honorable or general discharge under honorable conditions, and proof you are a Connecticut resident now or were when you entered the service.

Eligibility

  • You received an honorable discharge or a general discharge under honorable conditions from active duty
  • You are a Connecticut resident now, or you were a Connecticut resident when you entered the U.S. Armed Forces
  • You are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
