The Connecticut National Guard pays $1,000 when a lead you give a recruiter results in an enlistment, plus another $500 if the recruit enters one of the selected military occupational specialties. You can be paid for up to 20 recruits per fiscal year, and you are expected to guide and encourage your referral all the way to enlistment.
