Report the illness or injury through your chain of command and file a workers’ compensation claim through the Delaware National Guard. Survivors should contact the Guard directly.

What you'll need

Your state active duty orders, a line of duty determination, and the medical records or death certificate for the claim.

Eligibility

  • You are a Delaware National Guard service member, or the survivor of one
  • The illness, injury, disability or death occurred while serving on state active duty
