What you'll need

Your VA documentation showing a total disability rating, medical documentation of the paraplegia, your discharge paperwork showing wartime service, and proof of Delaware residency.

Eligibility

  • You are a Delaware resident
  • You are paraplegic, with no voluntary control over either leg
  • You are rated totally disabled by the VA
  • Your disability is a direct result of wartime service in the U.S. Armed Forces
