If you are stationed in Delaware but are not a resident, you can buy recreational hunting, trapping and fishing licenses at the resident price. Nonresident Delaware National Guard members qualify too.

How to apply

Buy your license at the Dover Air Force Base Outdoor Recreation Center, or mail, email or fax the Division of Fish and Wildlife military non-resident license application to Division of Fish and Wildlife, Attn: Recreational Licensing, 89 Kings Highway, Dover DE 19001, email DFWreclic@delaware.gov, fax 302-736-7925 (call 302-739-9918 first when faxing).

What you'll need

The completed military non-resident license application and your orders or Guard membership documentation showing you are stationed in or serving in Delaware.

Eligibility

  • You are a nonresident active duty service member stationed in Delaware, or a nonresident Delaware National Guard service member
