Delaware Department of Human Resources, through your agency human resources office
112.5 or 120 hours of paid military leave per calendar year, depending on your work week

As a Delaware State Merit Employee in the National Guard or Reserves you get paid military leave for training or special duty ordered during your work hours: 112.5 hours a year on a 37.5 hour week, or 120 hours a year on a 40 hour week. The allowance accrues at the start of each calendar year and is pro-rated if you work part time. Once you use it up you can take unpaid leave or ask to use annual leave.
