What you'll need

Your Social Security number, the names, addresses and phone numbers of every employer for the last 18 months, your own phone number, your Delaware driver license or state ID information, the name and local number of your union hall if you have one, and your alien registration number and expiry date if you are not a U.S. citizen.

Eligibility

  • You are unemployed through no fault of your own
  • You are able and available for work
