Your Oklahoma driver license stays valid until 60 days after you return to Oklahoma if you are a resident service member on active duty stationed outside the state. The same extension covers your dependents.

There is nothing to apply for. Carry your military ID and orders showing you are stationed outside Oklahoma, and renew your license within 60 days of returning.

Eligibility

  • You are an Oklahoma resident serving on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces, or the dependent of one
  • You are stationed outside Oklahoma
