Visit any FLHSMV service center and tell them you are applying for the no-fee ID card for homeless veterans and their families.

What you'll need

Your DD214 or other proof of service, documentation of your homeless status, and proof of your family relationship for a spouse or child.

  • You are a homeless veteran, or the spouse or child of one
  • You are applying for a Florida ID card
