Florida state employers can waive the postsecondary education requirement for a job if you are otherwise qualified. The waiver is available to Florida National Guard members, U.S. Armed Forces Reserve members and honorably discharged veterans.

What you'll need

Your DD214 showing an honorable discharge, or proof of current Florida National Guard or Reserve service.

You are serving in the Florida National Guard or the U.S. Armed Forces Reserves, or you are an honorably discharged veteran
