Long term support coordination for surviving families

SOS honors Gold Star families by pairing you with a support coordinator who can help for as long as you need. Coordinators know state and federal survivor benefits, guide you through entitlements and local resources, give estate and financial advice, connect you to peer support networks and groups, and refer you to mental health support and counseling.

What you'll need

The service member’s DD1300 Report of Casualty or death certificate, and proof of your relationship to them.
