What you'll need

Your name and service details, and proof of your relationship to the veteran if you are the next of kin.

Eligibility

You were a Delaware resident when you entered the U.S. Armed Forces, or you had a Delaware address at the time of your discharge
You are the veteran or the veteran’s next of kin
