You can get a free lifetime Maryland hunting or fishing license as a resident veteran who was a prisoner of war or who has a 100 percent service-connected disability. The hunting license includes lifetime archery stamps, muzzleloader stamps, the sika deer stamp and the furbearer permit, but not the annual Maryland Migratory Game Bird Stamp.
