A replacement Massachusetts driver’s licence is free for service members and their dependents if the licence was lost or stolen.
Mail a request stating whether the licence was lost or stolen, along with a copy of the military orders, to Registry of Motor Vehicles, Driver Licensing Department, P.O. Box 55889, Boston, MA 02205-5889.
A written request saying the licence was lost or stolen, and a copy of the service member’s military orders.
