Your line-of-duty determination, the state active duty orders covering the period, and your medical records for the injury or illness.

Eligibility

  • You are a Georgia National Guard member
  • You were serving on state active duty, not federal active duty
  • You were injured, became ill, became disabled, or died in the line of duty
