What you'll need

Your service member’s orders assigning them to Hawaii, proof that you and your service member are residents of another state or territory, and your marriage certificate.

Eligibility

  • Your service member is in Hawaii in compliance with military orders
  • You are in Hawaii only to be with your service member
  • You and your service member are both residents of a state or territory other than Hawaii
