Hawaii Resident Tuition Rate for Nonresident Veterans, Service Members and Dependents

Hawaii public colleges and universities, through their residency offices
Resident tuition rate instead of nonresident rate

You can attend a Hawaii college at the in-state tuition rate without being a Hawaii resident if you are stationed here, are using VA education benefits, or are using the Gunnery Sergeant John David Fry Scholarship. Your authorized dependents get the resident rate too.
