SEAP pays tuition and registration fees at an Idaho public or private college or university while you serve in the Idaho National Guard, for an associate through doctoral degree or a certification. The amount depends on your pay grade: $8,000 per state fiscal year for E9 and below, and $4,000 for WO1 through WO3 and O1 through O3. Technical programs that Federal Tuition Assistance does not cover can draw up to $20,000.
