How to apply

Ask at any Idaho Department of Fish and Game regional office, or mail a completed Affidavit for Refund or Rain Check for License and/or Tag to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, 600 S. Walnut, PO Box 25, Boise, ID 83707.

What you'll need

The completed affidavit, your deployment orders, and the unused license, tag or permit.

Eligibility

You are deploying in support of a contingency operation
You hold an Idaho hunting license, tag or permit you cannot use because of the deployment
