The Prince Home at Manteno is a residential program that gives homeless and disabled Illinois veterans housing and supportive services, helping with post-traumatic stress, substance abuse and other challenges. The home is closed for renovation and is not taking new applications; the first phase is expected to reopen in early 2026.

Call 815-468-9737 to ask about reopening and to be told when applications resume. The home is not accepting new applications during the renovation.

What you'll need

Your DD214, documentation of your disability, and proof of Illinois residency.
