If you are using VA education benefits and attending school three-quarter time or more, you can take a part-time VA Work Study job at Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs offices around the state. You are paid the state or federal minimum wage, whichever is higher. More work-study positions may be open at your campus veterans office, VA medical facilities, the VA Regional Office and approved veterans service organizations.
