Indiana Driver License, Permit and ID Card Expiration Extension for Service Members and Families

Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV)
Licence valid until 90 days after discharge or end of deployment, with knowledge and skills tests waived

Your Indiana driver license, learner permit or ID card stays valid until 90 days after your discharge or the end of your deployment, whatever the expiration date says, while you are serving outside Indiana. Your dependents get the same extension. You are also exempt from the knowledge and driving skills tests if you renew within 90 days after discharge.
