100 percent of tuition and regularly assessed fees at Indiana public colleges, up to 124 credit hours

Five state programs pay tuition and regularly assessed fees at Indiana colleges: two for the children of disabled, deceased or Purple Heart veterans, one for the child or spouse of an Indiana National Guard member killed in the line of duty, one for Purple Heart recipients themselves, and one for former residents of the Indiana Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Children’s Home. Each is capped at 124 credit hours, and the private-college versions pay up to $5,000.
