Kansas Military Commercial Driver License Test Waiver Program

Kansas Department of Revenue, Division of Vehicles
CDL knowledge and skills tests waived under the even exchange option, or the skills test alone under the skills waiver option

Your military driving experience can get some or all of your Kansas commercial driver license testing waived. The even exchange option waives both the knowledge and the skills tests if you held one of the qualifying military occupational specialties. The skills waiver option waives only the skills test if you have military commercial driving experience without one of those specialties.
