You can request financial help for an emergency when every other option is exhausted. It is open to Kansas National Guard members, Kansas resident Reserve members and their families.

You are serving in the Kansas National Guard, you are a Kansas resident serving in the U.S. Armed Forces Reserves, or you are the family member of one
You have an emergency financial need
You have exhausted all other options
