You can receive up to 100,000 hotel points for employment-related travel while moving from military service to civilian work. That covers verifiable job interviews, training needed to get or keep a job or that leads to a certification, and pre-employment testing such as physicals, drug testing and aptitude or agility tests. It cannot be used for conference attendance or career fairs, job searching, relocation or house hunting, family visits, vacations, retirement, or anything not employment related.
