Living veterans who served during World War II, Korea or Vietnam can request an Honorable Service Certificate. A General Certificate is available for non-wartime service.

Mail your request with the documents listed on the programme page to Maine Bureau of Veterans’ Services, 117 State House Station, Augusta ME 04333-0117.

What you'll need

Your DD214 or other discharge paperwork showing your service dates.

Eligibility

You are a living veteran
You served during World War II, Korea or Vietnam for the Honorable Service Certificate, or in a non-wartime period for the General Certificate
